error could not create the java virtual machine error a fatal exception has occurred  program will exit

我上網查了一下似乎是我JAVA沒裝好
可是我在DOS視窗  可以找到我自己的JAVA 跟 JDK的版本..

只有某些黑盒子會  ..

檢查一下你MY SQL DB的名稱是否有跟你的 Config 設定同一個檔名
如底下紅色字體部分
